We accomplish this goal by utilizing decades of knowledge within our engineering department with hundreds of collective years experience among our machinists (I.A.M. Union). Our team approach starts with the first consultation with a client and continues throughout the manufacturing process, always ending with a quality product and a satisfied customer.

 

Throughout the years, we have expanded our knowledge and resources to assist clients outside of the drilling industry. Many clients have asked us to assist them in solving their problems, adapting applications or creating solutions necessary to improve their product line and/or equipment.

 

Turning, tapping, drilling, milling, welding and assembly are all major work areas of our plant. In addition, we maintain heat treating facilities along with gear shaping and cutting equipment. With many diverse machines and capabilities, our shop can accommodate the production of a “one-off” specialty item or a large quantity run, all of which are accomplished in a timely manner. Further, our manufacturing facility can handle a range from small components up to large application items.

 

To ensure products of the highest quality at economical prices, we frequently upgrade and modernize our 80,000 sq. ft. facility. Our complete manufacturing procedures include quality checks on in-coming raw materials and supplies, production inspections, storage and worldwide shipping.
