1. Will Acker customize a rig to fit a customer's job requirements?

As we proudly state on our home page -- What separates Acker Drill Co., Inc. is our ability to provide custom engineer solutions to site-specific problems, either on a design-build basis, or in co-operation with the client. In fact, most Acker rigs are designed in conjunction with the client's input for job requirements.

2. What power and mounting options does Acker offer?

We can provide virtually any option your team requires. Feel free to call and consult with our knowledgeable sales staff and engineering department to discuss what direction you may want to go.

3. Is Acker's equipment manufactuered in the U.S.?

We are proud to say that every component of an Acker rig is manufactured in the U.S. with the exception of a few purchased items. Every day, American made steel gets delivered to our 80,000 sq. ft. facility and is cut, welded, machined and assembled all under one roof.

4. Why should I buy an Acker drill rig?

Reliability - Acker rigs are built to last a lifetime. All over the world, our rigs endure rough treatment in the harshest of conditions, and it's not uncommon to find our rigs in operation after 30 years of service.

After the Sale Service - When you buy an Acker, your rig will be backed up by a large "in-stock" supply of parts and a technical service staff always ready to assist you. We understand that less down time in the field means greater profits.

Versatility & Performance - We are never surprised when our rigs vastly exceed a customer's expectations. It is not uncommon for us to hear, "Boy, that rig is never off the job..." And with a wide variety of hydraulic and mechanical drills that range from limited access to high-torque/long-stroke, we will have the unit to suit your needs.

5. Does Acker supply parts for older equipment?

Since virtually all components on our rigs have always been and will continue to be manufactured in our Northeastern Pennsylvania facility, we can provide replacement parts for any Acker rig, regardless of age.
