Straight Chopping Bits
This type chopping bit is used to clean out material that has accumulated inside the casing. Water is pumped through the drill rods and out the ports in the bit to flush the material from the casing.

Drive Bits
Boulder Busters
Hardened tough nose, bull point boulder busters are attached to drill rod
and driven by a drive weight and cathead hoist. Boulder busters are used
to break up boulders that lie ahead of the casing. Boulders may more easily shatter if a hole is drilled through the boulder prior to driving.
